With her unique blend of The Feldenkrais Method® and Hatha Yoga, Margaret Ann is dedicated to helping people realize their potential in the activities they love, be it better walking, sitting and standing or improving and refining performance at all levels.

Margaret Ann Taylor began her Hatha Yoga practice 30 years ago. While living in Mexico, she met Irene Beer and was introduced to the beautiful and meditative Yoga of Vanda Scaravelli. She received her 500-hour certification in the Scaravelli method from Namaste International.

Margaret Ann is a licensed practitioner of The Feldenkrais Method®. She received her 800-hour certification in Feldenkrais from Movement Educators in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She is also a licensed practitioner in Bones for Life™.

THE FELDENKRAIS METHOD®

is an elegant somatic method based on the brain’s capacity for learning, learning involving movement, learning to move without stressing the body. There are two elements of Feldenkrais:

AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT® LESSONS are a series of floor classes where the teacher verbally guides you through a sequence of gentle movements.

FUNCTIONAL INTEGRATION LESSONS® are individual sessions of gentle, precise hands-on communication where your specific needs are addressed.

HATHA YOGA OF VANDA SCARAVELLI

...is the method Ms. Scaravelli developed after studying with B.K.S. Iyengar and T.K.V. Desikachar. Her style is based on three elements: gravity, the wave of the breath and the flexibility of the spine.
